**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Kennzahlenorientierte Führung mehrerer Werke innerhalb Deutschlands mit dem Ziel die operative Effizienz zu verbessern und Produktionsziele zu erreichen
- Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Standards hinsichtlich Optimierungspotenzialen, Initiierung entsprechender Maßnahmen und Begleitung sowie deren Umsetzung mit den Verantwortlichen vor Ort
- Verantwortung für die Verbesserung der Prozessstandards und Umsetzung der Prinzipien von Lean Production / Lean Management
- Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Wachstumsstrategie E-Mobilität Fertigungstechnologie
- Begleitung von Change Prozessen in Entwicklungs
- und Change-Management-Projekten
- Planung, Umsetzung und Überprüfung des Budgets

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes, technisches Studium als Ingenieur und ideal zusätzlich eine betriebswirtschaftliche Zusatzausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft in einem Unternehmen der Automobilzulieferindustrie z.B. als Werkleiter eines Großstandorts
- Sehr gutes technisch-analytisches Verständnis
- Strategischer Weitblick zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und zur Implementierung neuer Strukturen
- Führungspersönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
