You will be working with some exceptional people to help Adobe build a strong vibrant brand, support our teams in data quality, management of sales processes, planning and development.

We are currently recruiting results-oriented potential professionals to handle Consulting Services business of our growing Adobe Digital Experience Business in Munich, Hamburg or Berlin. You will report into the EMEA - Central Europe Consulting Organization within the Digital Experience business and work closely with the Sales teams, the Consulting teams and the Customer Success Managers within the wider business. This role is the first step of the Sales Career path within Adobe.

Aufgaben

As an Intern you will take part in engagements for enterprise customers and work on internal initiatives for customers, including planning and reporting. In each customer engagement, interns will be part of an exceptional team that focuses on developing the best offerings for the customer’s needs.
- Engage in the sales strategy and execution for our customers, including territory & account planning, pipeline & opportunity management, and forecasting.
- Position Adobe Consulting as a digital marketing consultancy with end-to-end capabilities to deliver complex digital marketing use cases.
- Understand the vision of our customers’ B2B marketing business and our role to support it.
- Work with the project delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction through achievement of customer business goals, and turn each customer into a reference.
- Deliver online presentations and demonstrations and coordinate internal resources as needed.
- Share customers insights to the rest of the Sales organization.
- Support evolving sales processes aimed at improving renewal efficiency.
- Conduct oneself in a highly professional and ethical manner, adopting behaviours that enhance the reputation of the company. Act with integrity at all times.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback.

Qualifikation
- English and German mandatory
- An entrepreneurial spirit combined with an interest in the technology industry and in being a part of a fast-paced environment
- Ability to challenge the status quo to help drive innovation across the business
- Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work self-dependent
- Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, confident and goal-oriented
- Ability to call within all levels of an organization, identifying decision-makers, and building long-term customer relationships by establishing trust and credibility
