Your mission

LUMINAIR is a growing business aviation operator based in Hamburg, Germany. We provide tailor-made flight solutions at the highest service level. To support our Commercial Team, we are looking for a motivated Intern (m/f/d) in the Sales & Flightcare department. Key duties include:
Supporting the Sales and Flightcare team in handling client inquiriesOverseeing and assisting with pre- and post-flight arrangements (handling, catering, slots, PPR, hotels, ground transportation)Maintaining customer data and bookings in internal systemsSupporting communication with brokers and partnersContributing to the continuous improvement of service processes and quality standards

Your profile
  • Proven customer-oriented mindset with high service standards
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to work under time pressure and handle irregular operations professionally
  • Strong coordination skills
  • High level of reliability, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
  • Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Experience in business aviation or VIP customer service is beneficial
