As an intern to write a thesis in PowerCo's Risk Management, you will actively work on the methodology for managing and reporting significant risks. In particular, you will have the opportunity to participate in the preparation of the Quarterly Risk Process (QRP) for specific risks, the roll-out of an internal control system (ICS) to address process-related risks and the implementation of business continuity management (BCM). At the end of your thesis, you will have a comprehensive insight into the areas of a risk management. This opportunity for active participation offers you significant added value for your professional career.
**How you will CELLebrate**
- Supporting the team in the preparation of reports as part of the QRP
- Assisting the roll-out of the ICS and BCM in individual departments within the company
- Support in maintaining and updating the risk management process landscape
- Assisting the creation of training and information materials on risk management with the aim of internal communication
- Linking theoretical knowledge with practical use cases
**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Ongoing Master's degree in business administration with a focus on risk management or compliance shortly before the final thesis
- Analytical skills as well as structured and conscientious work
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Ability to work in a team, empathy and strong communication skills
- Very good MS Office skills
- Availability for six months
