**How you will CELLebrate**
- Support the Sales Region EU team in project planning, execution, and monitoring of sales initiatives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, action plans, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional team meetings, ensuring alignment and progress towards sales objectives.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights to drive decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standardized sales processes and tools to improve efficiency.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and risks, proposing proactive solutions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reviews for regional leadership.
- Support the preparation of presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders

**What you need for our CELLebration**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, sales operations, or a PMO role within the ESS, renewable energy, or technology sectors.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering sales projects on time and within scope.
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- experience in the energy, cleantech, or industrial sectors.

**What to look forward to**
