**Danach suchen wir**:

- Nachweisbare und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich New Business oder vergleichbaren Positionen in der Werbebranche.
- Exzellente Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Kundenorientierung.
- Strategisches Denkvermögen, kombiniert mit einer ausgeprägten Kreativität und einem Gespür für Markttrends.
- Starke Führungseigenschaften und die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu inspirieren.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
