At air up, we're always cooking up fresh ideas to expand into new markets and sales channels. As a Business Development intern on our Retail team, you will work closely with our Sales team and play an essential role in driving our retail expansion across Europe. From managing our key performance KPIs, supporting our sales team and driving strategic projects independently, your work will directly contribute to our company's success.

**This role is located in Munich**

**Your responsibilities**:

- **Drive strategic growth initiatives**:
Take ownership of high-impact strategic projects aimed at scaling our retail business. You'll design and implement dedicated initiatives and solutions to enable the team to strengthen relationships with existing partners and support the acquisition of new strategic retail partners.
- **Own retail performance tracking**:
Be responsible for maintaining and updating our retail KPIs, conducting deep-dive analyses across countries and customers, and generating actionable insights to guide sales strategies and decision-making.
- **Collaborate closely with our Sales team**:
Support day-to-day operations, help prepare client strategy meetings, and assist in the planning and execution of major retail events such as trade shows and fairs. You'll be a vital team member ensuring smooth commercial operations and high-impact client interactions.

**This is you**:

- You're currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Management & Technology, or a related field.
- You've already gained first-hand experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment or a consulting firm.
- You're naturally curious and energized by exploring uncharted territory - you don't just accept the status quo.
- You're resilient and resourceful - if one solution doesn't work, you're already testing the next.
- You're confident working with data and have solid experience in Excel or Google Sheets (Lookups and pivots don't scare you).
- You bring a strong passion for consumer goods and an interest in how international markets work
- You're fluent in English and have a good command of German
