**Your contribution**:

- Establishment and further development of the Co-Usage Competence Center, including team leadership, escalation handling, budget and capacity planning
- Management and support of the Co-Usage expert team and external partners (e.g., Minu Partners) to ensure achievement of project goals and timelines
- Design, optimization, and implementation of processes, milestones, and status indicators
- Monitoring of process quality and delivery performance during regular operations
- Preparation of progress reports and participation in status meetings for ongoing coordination

**What makes you stand out**:

- Completed education in a commercial or technical field
- Several years of professional experience in the telecommunications sector, ideally in the context of co-usage agreements
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, particularly shared mobile network sites, including the ability to interpret construction plans, structural analyses, and radio-technical documentation
- Proven experience in coordinating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, as well as handling usage agreements, cost calculations, and legal/regulatory frameworks
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and experience with database tools and project documentation systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for coordinating with network operators, property owners, and construction managers, with a confident approach to conflict resolution
- Class B driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region
