MetalsXP is a leader in master and metadata management, providing innovative and flexible systems that empower dynamic workflows and enable seamless production operations.

To strengthen our growing consulting and delivery team, MetalsXP Group is hiring highly

skilled Architect / Senior SAP CO / SD / MM Consultants to support strategic customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Architecture:

• Design SAP CO-based architecture for controlling processes / SD-based architecture for sales and distribution processes / MM-based architecture for procurement and inventory processes tailored to industry-specific requirements.

• Develop integration concepts across SAP modules (e.g. CO, SD, MM, PP, FI/CO) and third-party systems.

• Lead blueprint and solution design workshops with internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide architectural guidance during implementation phases and ensure scalability and

maintainability of solutions.

2. Project Implementation & Delivery:

• Manage and execute configuration of SAP CO / SD / MM components.

• Act as a senior expert and hands-on consultant in SAP S/4HANA and ECC projects.

• Support and guide cross-functional teams through end-to-end CO / SD / MM transformations.

• Collaborate with ABAP developers on functional specifications and enhancements.

3. Advisory & Continuous Improvement:

•
Identify opportunities for business process optimization using SAP best practices.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and contribute to the evolution of the MetalsXP solution

portfolio.

• Stay informed on the latest SAP innovations (RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, Fiori, etc.).

Required Qualifications

Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years of SAP CO / SD / MM consulting and implementation experience, including full-cycle projects.

Technical Skills:

• Deep knowledge of SAP CO / SD / MM configuration and processes.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred) and ECC.

• Understanding of integration with SAP SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, and external systems.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach.

• High level of independence, accountability, and flexibility.

Language Requirements:

• English: Fluent (mandatory)

• German: Advantageous
