For our boutique in **Munich**, we offer a retail sales apprenticeship and are looking for dedicated talents with passion and drive, who are eager to start their career in retail.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Gain hands-on experience by rotating through various departments within our boutique
- Support both front-of-house (sales floor) and back-of-house operations
- Learn key retail processes such as customer service, stock management, and visual merchandising
- Receive personalized training and mentoring throughout your apprenticeship
- Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Maison Christian Dior, ensuring every client feels welcome and valued
- Prepare for a potential role as a Sales Associate upon successful completion of the program

**Profile**:

- Successfully completed secondary school education (Mittlerer Schulabschluss or equivalent)
- Passion for retail and enthusiasm for the world of Maison Christian Dior
- Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive, positive mindset
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
