**JOB MISSION**

To develop, implement and maintain in the Northern Europe Region, the retail training strategy as well as identifying future needs and developing solutions with the purpose of nurturing excellence throughout the network and supporting business performance. To develop learning and development plans for the Northern Europe boutique community and oversee and conduct the training and coaching activities in coordination with the Boutique Managers, L&D Manager and HR and act as the training partner of the Commercial Director. To deliver high-impact, interactive and consistent training and coaching implemented through in-store interventions, in-class training, e-learning etc.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Retail Training strategy**:

- Defines, in collaboration with the L&D manager, a local training plan for Retail in line with the overall retail strategy and the global training strategy
- Participates in the design of new training modules and training tools in coordination with the international training team
- Ensures an efficient communication with the central training department
- Analyzes retail team’s performance and skills and identifies individual and organization training and coaching needs.
- Partners with L&D manager to plans and monitor on a monthly basis the annual retail

training budget according to the priorities

**Trainer role**:

- Organizes and delivers trainings according to local training plan (training venues, logistics, administrative process and invoicing etc.) as required to achieve an efficient and coherent development experience for Retail and partners.
- Manages and distribute training materials as required for each program, including new eLearning)
- Executes trainings for retail & partners community in collaboration with L&D and marketing departments for product management
- Adapts international retail training content as required
- Facilitates internal training communication
- Regular training support and follow-up in the Boutique
- Monitors and promotes online training tools across the retail community

**Coaching role**:

- Provides individual coaching to the boutique team members both directly and via the

Boutique Management team to enhance quality of client experience, selling and service skills
- Ensures coaching follow ups in collaboration with Boutique Management team
- Builds a dynamic coaching plan with the boutiques, according to business priorities

and individual team members’ development needs
- Helps managers develop their team members by implementing strong and relevant

individual development plans
- Creates a learning culture by always engaging the learner and the manager

**Retail training business partner**:

- Responsible for retail community onboarding path for successful integration into the Boutique. Guide and support new joiners in the Boutique to ensure smooth integration
- Creates, maintains and analyses reporting tools for training and coaching execution and

monitoring
- Maintains a strong relationship with HR Business Partner
- Selects and proposes external consultants where relevant
- Transversal support for key projects in collaboration with related experts (such as Retail Operations, CRM, VM, Client Care, HR)

**JOB PROFILE**

**Required experience**

5 years of experience in training or/and Learning & Development roles with a focus in retail sales. Experience in Luxury would be a plus

**Education**

Professional certification in a training/coaching field is a plus

**Technical skills / abilities / languages**

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Full professional proficient in German and English (spoken and written)
