This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai, Lisbon or from the comfort of your couch Native or bilingual level in French and fluency in English are required.

**YOUR MISSION**:
Your main goal will be to lead the development, planning, and execution of Paradox's cutting-edge audiovisual productions, ensuring alignment with our mission of empowering individuals through transformative e-learning experiences.

**To do so, here are your three main responsibilities**:

- ** Lead the Development and Execution of Audiovisual Productions**
- Drive the development, planning, and execution of Paradox's audiovisual productions to ensure alignment with our mission of empowering individuals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and coordinate the production team for seamless workflow.
- Provide expert support during filming, actively listening, directing, and supporting expert's speech to ensure they have an outstanding experience and perform at their best.
- ** Simplify Complex Content for Enhanced Learning Experiences**
- Translate complex concepts into engaging e-learning courses by leveraging your expertise in script production and development.
- Enhance the learning experience for users through creative problem-solving and innovative content solutions.
