**Company Description**

Wolt is a Finnish technology company, and until recently, we’ve been best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order everything from pizza to paracetamol and either pick it up at the venue or have it delivered by our couriers.

Just 3 years ago, Wolt operated in 4 countries and 10 cities across the Nordics. Fast forward to today, we're live in 27 markets, including Germany, where we launched in August 2020 We’ve started from Berlin and now operate in 19 German cities, but we’re only getting started. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for a Marketing Associate to join our team in Berlin

As a **Marketing Associate**, your main role is to work together with the local marketing team in Germany, making sure that we reach customers and keep them engaged. You’ll work with creating content for a wide variety of communication channels in German and English. In addition to that, you’ll participate in planning and organizing marketing initiatives and supporting the team in all marketing-related activities.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Be in charge of all campaign productions to all platforms such as online video, OOH, audio, paid social, UA, and more
- Aligning multiple stakeholders to create cohesive 360 campaigns that win consumers’ hearts and minds
- Take full ownership of all special project execution such as direct mailing, events, PR, and more
- Work together with the local marketing team on the overall marketing strategy and assist with everyday agenda and ad-hoc tasks

**Our humble expectations**
- You have gained some first relevant experience in marketing (preferably in offline/ online campaign management), media, brand, or advertising (plus but not mandatory)
- You have native writing and verbal skills in German and high skills in English.
- You enjoy ownership and can really own a project, work independently, prioritize and ask for guidance when needed
- You are a doer who can both come up with creative ideas and execute/follow up on them
- You enjoy bringing order to chaos and are good at that - you are not afraid to
- You are enthusiastic and known for being a person who brings good energy to the team
- You’re very hands-on, involved, and eager to learn and develop your skills in marketing
- You strive in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on achieving targets and getting things done
- You are not afraid of excel/ google sheets and power point/ google slides. Advantage: Looker
- Preferably, you have acquired at least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a similar field
