To bolster our team, we’re looking for an Embedded Systems Intern (M/F/x) to improve internal processes within the Hardware/Firmware team, contribute to the design and validation and quality assurance of the latest AiSight product ecosystem.

Tasks
- You’ll contribute to design, validation and reliability testing of our sensor node;
- You’ll assemble and verify test setups and perform rigorous tests to ensure system performance, endurance and quality;
- Support with testing the architecture of hardware subsystems;
- Develop solutions to make sure the production processes are running smoothly;
- You will be a key communicator between Hardware and Firmware, bringing back direct feedback to drive organizational alignment;
- You will develop internal tools to assist your team with their tasks and speed up their projects;
**Requirements**:

- You are currently pursuing / have completed Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering)
- You have gained experience with embedded systems and feel comfortable coding in the C language
- You enjoy working in a young, agile and international team
- Have a very structured, careful, self-organized and reliable way of working
- Would be great if you bring this additional knowledge:

- PCB design (know and like the topic)
- C++, Python, Matlab or other test software
- Confluence

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English writing and speaking (German is a plus)
