Project Assistance

**YOUR NEW ROLE CODE LEAP**:
We are looking for a Working Student - Project Assistance to join our expert team in Berlin. This role is perfect for team players with an interest in working in international teams who want to start their career in a technical or project context.

**YOUR EXCITING TASKS**:

- Assist in driving and executing an IT project within the education sector, contributing to its successful delivery and impact.
- Assist Project Leadership with essential reporting and client communications, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Contribute to the enhancement and adaptation of project management methodologies, ensuring they align with evolving project needs and support seamless project execution.
- Assist in implementing project management practices, such as monitoring risks and issues, updating the project plan, and preparing detailed reports.
- Lead AI-assisted translation efforts for concepts, documentation, and designs between English and German, maintaining accuracy and context.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse, cross-functional team, including Business Analysis, Product Management, Development, and Design.
- Depending on your interests, provide support to the above-mentioned teams through research and execution of smaller tasks.
- Based on your experience and interests, take initiative to independently drive aspects of the project, contributing your unique perspective and skills.

**YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY**:
**Key requirements**
- You are at least 18 years old and currently enrolled in a state-recognized university in Germany.
- You are proficient in both German and English, with strong written and spoken skills at a C1 level or higher.
- You are interested in working on IT projects and are passionate about technology and digitalization.
- You have experience or a strong interest in creating client-facing presentations and other communication content.
- You possess excellent organizational skills and work in a structured, independent manner.
- You have good analytical skills and enjoy developing creative solutions to challenges.

**Nice to have**:

- You have gained initial experience through internships or working student positions, particularly in project management or IT-related fields.
- Near-native proficiency in written German is a plus.
- Communication skills in Vietnamese are a plus.
