Project Execution Lead, Offshore Wind Service

**Job Description Summary**: The project execution lead is responsible for the overall execution of special projects on site. The role is a key support for the project manager and will work under Its directive to ensure the project execution according to plan. Locations, shifts and nature of work assignments will vary, and travel is required. The majority of tasks will be performed from an SOV, JUV or local base. In addition, you will participate in the project execution readiness for each appointed project to work on.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Lead the special project team(s) on dedicated project sites. This could be executed form a service operation vessel, Jack-Up vessel, local onshore base or in some cases even remotely. Different shift models in accordance with the local regulations could apply
- Be responsible for all project execution related tasks with respect to safety, quality, budget and schedule
- Ensure compliance of all local regulations and directives for occupational safety and GE's safety and quality guidelines
- Coordinate and perform administrative activities as per relevant service project management processes, including tracking project activities, manage component/parts deliveries, manpower levels, project schedules, purchase requisitions, execution budget, execution KPIs, documentation requirements etc.
- Participate in process and quality improvement. Same as in business initiatives and provide feedback on lessons learned
- Supporting the project manger in the preparation of special project and defining project execution plans, setup, budget plans and other duties
- Support developing project management procedures and methodologies to achieve business goals and best executing practice

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Professional education/apprenticeship in a technical discipline
- Distinct quality and safety awareness, technology foresight in identification and solving of failures, deficiencies, and issues.
- Ability to document, plan, and execute programs
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and global environment, remote teams
- Strong team player with the ability to manage teams
- Physically fit to climb
- Valid driver license
- Ability and willingness to work on
- and offshore in multiple projects with different shift models.
- Significant experience in the offshore wind operations
- Significant experience with operational execution from SOVs, JUVs and CTVs.
- Significant technical experience of offshore wind turbines.
- Fluently in English language
- Ready to travel domestic and international (50-100%)
