**Smart Automation Lead**
**What to expect**:
- Smart Automation Techniques
- Create the automation infrastructure using process automation, cognitive computing, and machine learning
- Take use of the platform landscape of enterprise apps' automation and process mining capabilities.
- Smart Delivery Automation
- Establish and grow a global delivery organisation for Low Code Programming, Process Mining, and Robotic Process Automation (Power Apps)
- Keep track of all releases from development, through testing, and into the live environment.
- Work with IT leaders to coordinate infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Governance and Guidelines for Automation
- Establish and enforce standards for the creation of automations and keep an eye on their quality.
- People Administration
- As the programme develops, lead, manage, and expand the worldwide Smart Automation Technical Team and associated vendor relationships.
- Encourage, develop, and evaluate team members in various locations so that their performance is at the needed level and satisfies the business's present and future needs.
- Oversee and direct the Smart Automation Technical Team, which is in charge of day-to-day management, support, and the creation, testing, and release of new automations.
**Personal Requirements**:
- Knowledge of establishing a Center of Excellence for Smart Automation, including strategy and governance.
- Deep expertise in process mining, automation technology (UIPath or Automation Anywhere certification desirable), or low-code programming (Powre Platform)
- Many years' worth of expertise in the development, deployment, and/or design of integration platforms and/or software for smart automation.
- Substantial agile development experience
- Evidence of previous experience collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Design Leads, and the rest of the technical team
- Many years of expertise managing staff, including day-to-day coaching and work assessments.
- Knowledge of how to lead cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders successfully across several regions
