**What you should know about the Job**:
**You will face challenges like**:

- planning, reviewing, and optimizing the tools for implementing project management standards
- supporting the project manager in implementing project management standards
- organizing, conducting, and following up on important regular meetings, such as project status updates with all involved managers
- sustaining specific actions with those responsible
- monitoring and maintaining the database related to the project’s actions as well as tracking the current progress
- creating regular reports on project progress
- ensuring compliance with project management standards including reporting any deviations

**You inspire us by**:

- your completed university degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, National Management, Economics, or a similar qualification
- at least 2 years of professional experience in project management
- excellent knowledge of MS Office and possibly experience with an ERP system
- your ability and willingness to quickly and thoroughly familiarize yourself with new, complex topics
- your independent, structured, results-oriented, and accurate way of working
- your communicative and proactive nature
- your high level of responsibility, resilience, and organizational skills
- your fluent language skills in German and English
