**What will you be doing?**
- Assist in project management activities for the 6G-ANNA project, a publicly funded BMBF project involving over 35 project partners from industry, universities, and SMEs in Germany.
- Support the Work Package (WP) lead in organizing technical sessions, meetings, and workshops with project partners.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other project documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and assist in tracking project progress.
- Coordinate with project partners to gather information, reports, and updates.
- Assist in project risk management, issue tracking, and escalation processes.
- Contribute to project communication and dissemination activities, such as updating project repository, deliverables and milestone documents.
- Successful completion of the internship requires each applicant to demonstrate proficiency in project management tasks, effective communication with project partners, and support the WP lead in delivering project objectives.

**It would be nice if you have**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field; OR Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field with coursework or experience in project management. Either case, preferably in their final year of studies.
- Prior experience in project management or internships in a relevant field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Familiarity with the telecommunications industry or technical projects would be an advantage.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication ability, with strong presentation skills.
