- In your new role, you will research and implement all topics relevant to the communication tasks of the BU CEO (internal and external)
- The positioning of the CEO in all relevant communication channels is in your hands
- With the support of the MC communications department, you will build texts and presentations as well as video formats for the CEO
- In addition to coordinating and being responsible for CEO-relevant internal communication topics (appearances in front of management and employees, CEO letters, video messages, Yammer posts, Siemens Welt articles, etc.), you will also be responsible for external CEO-relevant communication topics (external appearances and presentations, business association mandates, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), name / blog articles)
- The preparation of briefing documents for communication events also falls within your remit
- You will also accompany and support the BU CEO at internal and external communication appointments
- You will be the single point of entry for all communication requests to the CEO
- You will work closely with the Head of Communications and Marketing and the Executive Office of Motion Control

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You have an university degree in e.g. Economics, Communications or similar
- You have long-term experience in the creation of communication concepts
- You have strong analytical skills in assembling and translating strategic topics into communication content for C-level managers / senior executives
- Moreover, you are characterized by comprehensive thinking and strategic classification of different corporate topics and initiatives in the business context
- You have outstanding skills in writing texts in German and English
- On top of that, you have several years of experience in writing speeches, texts and crafting presentations for senior executives for internal (employees) and external target groups
- You have profound knowledge in the creation, distribution, and performance analysis of social media posts on LinkedIn, Twitter and Yammer
- You are familiar with the preparation and execution of video recordings and live streaming at management level
- Furthermore, you have persuasive and consulting competence with regard to senior executives
- Personally, you convince with creativity and curiosity with regard to new communication formats for the target group-oriented positioning of senior executives
- First-class English skills (oral/written), good German skills (oral/written) round off your profile
