**Responsibilities**:

- Processing of price agreements in SAP incl. verification of correctness and completeness in comparison to the offer, considering the current sales processes (like CRA) incl. documentation
- Administrative support of the account managers and a defined customer group to secure a smooth operation of the sales responsibilities
- Processing and schedule tracking from prototype-, tooling
- and development cost orders till billing processes considering custom and tax standards (in accordance to the specifications of the specialist departments) incl. documentation
- Communication of the agreed timing with customers for prototype deliveries
- Main contact person for customer portals
- Processing and controlling of the sales master data
- Implementation of Dashboard entries as well as ensuring the complete documentation of the projectfolder on the drives
- Support of the Account Managers in case of the yearly sales planning
- Verification of the SPORT Data (VC Sales Planning Item) versus as-is data
- Support of the accounts receivable department after 30 days overdue

**Qualifications**:

- Completed commercial education
- Good understanding of administration processes and requirements in a business environment, ideally in the automotive industry
- Open-minded and collaborative, work independently and target-oriented at the same time
- Fluent in German and English
