**Your Tasks**:

- You will lead and manage the FP&A team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure accurate and timely financial analysis
- You develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning, business initiatives, and performance evaluations
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze trends, providing actionable recommendations to improve financial performance
- You prepare regular financial reports, management dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key insights, risks, and opportunities
- You will drive the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with strategic objectives
- You identify areas of cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency, partnering with stakeholders to implement appropriate measures
- You recommend process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the FP&A function

**Your Skills**:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- You provide proven experience (5+ years) in financial planning and analysis, with a track record of delivering accurate and insightful financial analysis and forecasts
- You possess strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- You bring exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- You have a high proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial analysis tools
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise insights for non-financial stakeholders
