Für unseren Kunden, einen führenden Anbieter von innovativen Baustellen-Sicherheitssystemen, suchen wir Verstärkung für das Customer-Care-Team in Berlin

Standort: Berlin Vollzeit

**Das erwartet dich als Customer Care (m/w/d) Organisation & Auftragsbearbeitung in Berlin**:

- Du steuerst Aufträge eigenständig und planst die Einsätze unserer Techniker
- Du übernimmst die Urlaubs
- und Bereitschaftsplanung im Team
- Inventuren, Kostenkontrolle und Rechnungsprüfung gehören zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Du hältst die Kommunikation zwischen Kunden, Kollegen und externen Sicherheitsdiensten am Laufen
- Alarme und Videodaten bearbeitest du souverän und zuverlässig

**Das bringst du mit**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erste Erfahrung im Büro oder in der Sachbearbeitung
- Fit im Umgang mit MS Office
- Du arbeitest gern strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und im Team
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
