**YOUR ROLE**

As Project Management Intern for our Design Team you will play a crucial role in supporting the Team lead and ensuring the smooth operation of projects within the Design Team and collaborations with external stakeholders. Our Design team is creating outstanding graphic designs that shape the corporate identity of our brands and provide superior value to consumers by presenting our products in the best way. You will work hand-in-hand with our Designers and Organic Growth Team to constantly ensure our listing quality and customer experience is meeting our high standards. In this fast-paced and entrepreneurial role, you will make a substantial contribution to accelerating Razor's organic sales growth and join a winning team that is building Europe's next generation consumer goods giant.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the planning and coordination of graphic work that arises for our designers in the day-to-day operations
- Optimize **efficiency** within design processes and be open-minded to integrate **KI automation workflows **to grow faster
- Implementing and maintaining reporting structures to track project metrics and design KPIs
- Providing regular reports and **insights into team performanc**e for leadership and other stakeholders
- **Coordinating** with external freelancers and agencies for our design projects and manage deliverables, ensuring a smooth communication and effective collaboration between design team and external partners
- Supporting on **creative oversight** by having an eye for creatives and design aesthetics to review the quality of design outcomes and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards of creativity and ensure deliveravles meet quality requirements

**YOUR PROFILE**

To succeed in this role you:

- Are currentlly enrolled in a degree program related to project management, design, or a related field
- Have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and have attention to detail and a commitment to deliver high quality work
- Enjoy and possess solid project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and think through problems end-to-end
- Bring excellent communication with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Have a good understand of design and aesthetics, brands and their growth potential by outstanding product placement
- Thrive in an extremely dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, enjoy working independently and have the willingness to learn in challenging / fast paced environments
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Figma is a plus, but not required
