As Founder Associate at LiveEO, you will be an essential part of our team and help us to identify new opportunities to bring insights from earth observation to enterprises across the globe.

**Your challenge**:

- Be in midst of the fast paced, high responsibility & passionate environment of the CEOs of LiveEO and support them in their functions
- Be a connecting link between employee-base, management team and executives by facilitating the forums where these parties come together (moderation of staff-meetings, All-Hands meetings, MBRs, organization of leadership offsites, etc.)
- Moderate the LiveEO OKR process to ensure successful strategy execution and alignment between the goal setting of different departments and teams
- Be responsible for the communication with shareholders of the company (organization of board meetings, creation of reporting material, E-Mail communication etc.)
- Support the CEOs in fundraising activities (Creation of pitch-decks & informational material, pitching to & communicating with new prospects)
- Be an active ambassador and good example of LiveEO's culture internally and externally

**Your profile**:

- You are motivated by taking responsibility and have a conscientious and pragmatic work style
- You consider yourself a generalist and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- 2 years experience in a fast paced working environment
- Bachelor degree (independent of the study)
- Exceptional Google Suite / Microsoft Office Skills (Slides, Sheets)
- Good understanding of business administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
- You live in or are willing to relocate to Berlin
