Gesucht wird eine qualifizierte und innovative wissenschaftliche Person mit dem Schwerpunkt **Next Generation Sequencing (NGS)** für unser dynamisches Entwicklungsteam. Idealerweise besitzt du bereits ein vertieftes Wissen im Bereich NGS Technologien.

**Diese Aufgaben legen wir vertrauensvoll in deine Hände**:

- Planung und Durchführung von NGS Experimenten sowie Erstellung von NGS-Libraries, Sequenzierung und Datenanalyse
- Entwicklung und Optimierung von NGS Arbeitsabläufen und Sicherstellung der Genauigkeit und Effizienz
- Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams, um NGS in verschiedene Forschungsprojekte zu integrieren
- Analyse und Interpretation von NGS-Daten mithilfe statistischer Methoden und bioinformatischen Tools
- Stetige Weiterentwicklung in NGS-Technologien und Beitrag zu wissenschaftlichen Veröffentlichungen

**Du willst in dieser Position wachsen? Dazu brauchst du folgendes**:

- Akademische Ausbildung im Bereich Molekularbiologie, Genetik, Bio-Informatik oder artverwandtem Bereich
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Bereich Next Generation Sequencing
- Erfahrung in Bioinformatk und Programmiersprachen (z.B. Python, R)
- Erfahrungen mit Sequenzierungs Plattformen wie z.B. Illumina oder Oxford Nanopore
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytisches Denken und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein

- Diese Position kann ab sofort besetzt werden. Wir nehmen aber gerne auf deine Kündigungsfrist oder dein gewünschtes Startdatum Rücksicht
