**Your tasks**
- Manage month-end close processes for vendor invoices, payroll, telecom and occupancy costs; performing accruals and ensure correct bookings
- Use tools and technology to generate and present financial reports and dashboards to management
- Perform monthly cost analyses and investigate variances for Operations Management
- Create and maintain business plans for European vendor and captive sites in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor and control payroll, occupancy, telecom and vendor expenses, ensuring accurate cost allocations
- Maintain and update monthly Cost and Volume reporting structure
**Your qualifications**
- Excellent English written and spoken
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting is preferred
- General Ledger knowledge would be an asset
- Knowledge of general business, financial and industry practices is a plus
