We are looking for a customer obsessed Business operations star, who will drive improvement initiatives connected to our payment products in Klarna's core markets, influencing the Klarna experience for 150M+ consumers and 400k+ partners in a fast-paced environment.

The Core Market Success team measures product performance, speaks with customers (both shoppers and merchants) to gather feedback, localizes product to regulation, and is the point of contact for product expertise for our core markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway). We also look for opportunities (from consumers, merchants, performance metrics) to optimize our payment methods in these markets and collaborate closely with teams across the Payment Methods Domain who are responsible for different touch points for our consumers such as: Credit risk, Purchase flow, App experience and Dunning).

**Responsibilities**

- Ensuring the success of our products in the Core markets by

• Driving change effectively by identifying the right problem and the best-fitted approach to then implement an excellent solution.
• Serving as the market expert in projects within the Payment Method domain.
• Mapping out competitors in the markets and identifying gaps in our offering, as well as other opportunities related to consumer preferences.
• Meeting with customers as well as merchants in our Core markets to get feedback on our payment methods.
• Monitoring performance and taking necessary actions based on our KPIs.
• Making sure we are compliant, or aware of the risks of not being compliant, on all markets.
• Managing cross competence projects all across the Payment methods domain.

**We’d love to meet someone who**

• Has a solid understanding of teamwork and the importance of assisting/supporting a Product Manager in order to turn visions into reality.
• Has analytical and problem-solving abilities as well as excellent communication skills.
• Manages expectations, escalates issues appropriately and timely and to the right audiences.
• Is driven, results oriented and who wants to be a part of improving the Klarna offering in Core Markets.
• Is customer focused and passionate about making sure we offer the best experience possible.

**Preferably you also have**

• Previous experience of Klarna's leadership principles and ways of working.
• Experience of a high speed domain.
• Proficiency in one or more of the languages of our Core Markets.
