Apryl is a fertility benefits platform that helps employers attract & retain top talent while tackling diversity & inclusion. With Apryl, companies can support their employees with fertility and family planning benefits - including consultation, access to clinics, and treatments (i.e. egg freezing or IVF) or adoption - subsidized by the company, but safe and confidential. Tasks

Interacting with front-end developers, product managers and people outside the product/design space is very much part of our day-to-day, so communication skills are vital. Senior staff is helping our team to focus, perform and grow. We believe in collaboration as a big success factor - still with the focus on our goals.
- You will become a fully integrated team member working alongside different teams
- You will support our marketing/sales team with communication concepts (esp. presentations, social media entries)
- You will be involved in the entire process of creating digital products: from initial workshops and research to conception, design and implementation
- You will create interface designs for our digital products
- You will maintain and grow our design system
- You will have the chance to grow beyond visual design - we are a place for people that are also curious about methodologies, user research, strategies and facilitating workshops

**Requirements**:
You Should Have
- You are studying communication and/or visual/interaction design (or similar study) at a nationally recognized university or college - you must be enrolled
- You have a basic knowledge and great interest in UX/UI
- You are familiar with Figma, the Adobe Suite and Google Suite tools
- You are fluent in English (writing and speaking) - German is plus
- You are ready to work on-site
- You should be able to work with us at least 20 hours per week
- Some examples of your work, explaining the process and your solutions (You decide the form. A PDF, a website or a slide) - You don’t need a pixel perfect portfolio.

It'd Be Nice If You Had
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems in Figma
- Experience in presenting and communicating your design decisions to non-designers
