Working Student Visual Design

Sanity Care GmbH with its two brands VAAY and This Place is the B2C unit of the fast-growing cannabis start-up Sanity Group based in Berlin. The brands of Sanity Care GmbH develop and sell lifestyle and cosmetic products based on natural cannabinoids such as CBD and other herbal ingredients. VAAY, for example, stands for CBD and hemp-based products to promote mindfulness, balance and well-being as part of a healthy lifestyle; This Place is the functional natural cosmetics brand with natural wellness and beauty products. Our goal is to harness the full potential of the cannabis plant and to explore and harness more cannabinoids other than CBD in the future.

As a **Working Student/Intern - Visual Design **(f/m/d), you will join our design and content team consisting of creative minds. You will be supporting all design needs for our brand, **This Place**, and will be actively involved in the conceptualization and development of high-quality visual content including offline and online campaigns. We are looking here for a working student that can work max. 20 hours per week. If you are interested in an internship or traineeship (min. 6 - 12 months), please let us know when applying.

YOUR TERRAIN
- You will support the This Place Team in creating compelling and thoughtful designs across multiple channels, both print and digital:

- marketing banners
- website/landing pages
- presentation decks
- leaflets/brochures
- social media campaigns
- ad units
- other graphics and/or assets for both brand and product-related needs

HOW YOU CONVINCE US
- You are currently studying for a university degree at a German University or doing an internship in graphic design, art direction, visual communications/communication design or similar.
- You have already gained your first practical experience in graphic design or content illustration for a brand, or have an existing portfolio of previous works.
- You can identify yourself with our mission to revolutionize the European cannabis market and want to make your contribution
- You obtain expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Additional tools are a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and you have a solid understanding of visual hierarchy, information architecture, color and typography
- You are full of ideas and have a strong love of the craft and a desire to deliver high-quality, sophisticated assets
- You are comfortable working on multiple projects in cross-functional environment with a diverse group of teams in an organized manner
- You feel comfortable in both, German and English
