**Your responsibilities**
- You will develop a deep understanding of Uniper’s business, its value drivers, and the business environment
- You will learn from and collaborate with experts from many different fields, contribute your ideas and work on your own projects with various stakeholders
- You will start in the Operational Excellence Team and rotate flexibly upon your individual career development path
- You will enable the Uniper business to achieve Operational Excellence by supporting improvement projects, performing analysis and other diagnostic exercises, formulating recommendations on improvements, and co-facilitating workshops with business leaders
- You will learn about Operational Excellence on the job, and through dedicated trainings on OE principles and tools
- You will support the Operational Excellence Community through active participation in community events, networking, promotion of best practice sharing within and across business areas

**Your profile**
- A successfully completed degree, preferably in business
- First practical experiences gained through internships and/or working student activities
- Curiosity and openness to working in an international environment
- Passion to challenge the status quo and to drive improvements and a hands-on mentality
- Good ability to diagnose and structure problems
- A strong quality drive and the ability to plan your own activities and deliverables
- Intercultural experiences and a strong team spirit
- Very good communication skills
- Willingness and availability to travel
- Fluency of written and spoken English is required, additional languages are welcome

In addition to some predefined stations, you can flexibly combine other departments that you would like to pass through and work in an international environment with team members from over 80 countries. Based in Germany, the program gives you a deep insight into our day-to-day business and helps you to explore your personal strengths. You will also have the opportunity to bring in and enhance your interpersonal and teamwork skills. Individual mentoring and a buddy from day one will ensure you have the best possible foundation for the next step in your career at Uniper. We are fortunate that, on average, more than 95 % of all trainees remain with our team after their program and take on an appropriate follow-up position.
