(Junior) Risk Management Specialist

**Tasks**
- Supporting in development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management system and Internal Control System of European Nintendo entities
- Supporting in identification, evaluation and assessment of risk exposure and risk response measures of European Nintendo entities
- Conducting and managing assessments of the internal control system in line with J-SOX requirements of European Nintendo entities
- Supporting and managing risk management topics in projects of European Nintendo entities
- Contact person for internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- University degree in IT, Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Strong interest and/or proven experience in designing and implementing SAP-based and nonSAP-based controls
- Experience in Risk Management, Internal Control System procedures and/or process reorganization environment
- Willingness to work proactively with the team to identify and evaluate risks quickly and efficiently within the control environment
- Well-structured and process-oriented thinking
- Very good coordination and communication skills
- Team orientation and high social competence
- Fluent written and spoken English and German language skills
