**Details of the role and how it fits into the team**

**Your key responsibilities**
- Help define, agree and maintain Information Security Risk (ISR) appetite tolerance and thresholds
- Help maintain policies and governance processes to identify, manage and report mitigation of risks
- Lead and contribute to control assessments and mitigation initiatives relating to ISR including dynamic Risk and Control Assessments (RCA) and the Information Security Scenario exercise
- Engaging with stakeholders in NFRM such as Framework, Divisional coverage, IT Risk and other stakeholders in TDI and business divisions on risk management related topics as required
- Support TDI CSO the 1st Line of Defense in risk management activities such as Control Assurance, ISO 27001 certification and advisory on Top risk remediation programmes

**Your skills and experiences**
- University degree (Computer Science, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or equivalent), majors in Information Security and/ or Risk Management are a plus
- Experience (3+ years) in information security ideally with experience in the finance industry, technology company, consulting or audit
- Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27000 Series, COBIT5, NIST) are a plus
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus: e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Auditor or similar
- Knowledge of Cloud architecture and experience in managing IS risks in a cloud setup is a plus
