**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As part of our dedicated tax team, you will play a key role in the further development of our tax department. Your focus will be on three central areas:
**Tax accounting**:

- Supporting the preparation and analysis of deferred taxes in the context of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Supporting the further development of our processes for accounting for deferred taxes
- Acting as a contact person for auditors and internal departments

**Tax governance**:

- Assisting in the establishment and further development of our tax compliance management system (Tax CMS)
- Supporting the preparation and maintenance of tax guidelines and documentation
- Carrying out internal controls and risk analyses in the tax area

**Digitalization & innovation**:

- Identifying and implementing digitalization potential in the tax department
- Developing and introducing innovative tools and automation solutions (e.g., with Power BI, Alteryx, SAP) Working closely with IT, finance, and external partners to implement digital tax solutions**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on taxation, accounting, or business informatics
- Initial professional experience in tax accounting, tax governance, or at a tax consulting firm
- Interest and ideally experience in digitization and process automation
- Analytical thinking, structured approach to work, and a high degree of initiative
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
