Together we can change the world one delightful moment at a time **Your role with us**: We are looking for an experienced **Senior** **Account Executive **to further grow zenloop´s customer base and sales in the **DACH region**. Your target clients will largely consist of both Enterprise and SMB´s. **Your responsibilities as a Senior Account Executive at zenloop**: - You manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources - You identify challenges, run web demos and consult your prospects on our value proposition - Closing new business at/or above quota level and exceeding your sales targets is your focus - You support the Director of DACH in shaping the regional Sales strategy by providing market insights - You understand the customer's buying processes and communicate effectively with different personas (C-Level, Executives, Marketing, Operations, IT etc.) - You create the best end-to-end SaaS buyer experience throughout zenloop's sales process - You assure a smooth cross-functional work collaboration with our Customer Success, Marketing and Product Teams - You become our next CX expert, representing zenloop at conferences, industry events etc. **This is what we're looking for**: - At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales - At least 3 years of experience in Software Sales - A successful track record in selling complex SaaS, B2B software solutions with proven consistency in closing deals and delivering against revenue targets - Experienced selling into the DACH region - Exceptional prospecting and lead development skills - An expert at value-based selling approaches and communication on C-Level - Goal-orientation and a structured work approach, drive and a passion for Sales - Strong communication skills, empathy and self-reflection - Strives in an open feedback culture and focuses on personal and professional development - A self-starting "hunter" mentality and an empathetic team player - Ability to work and thrive in the startup environment - Native in German and business fluency in English - Resides in Berlin - Experienced selling CX Software and/or an understanding of existing cloud technologies is a plus **Why zenloop?
