**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
- Contribute to the Douglas data strategy and define our data governance strategy.
- Develop and implement best practices and routines in the field of data governance to improve data quality, integrity, and compliance across the entire company.
- Define and harmonize data governance standards; ensure they are integrated into business processes and effectively communicate them to all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-departmental data governance initiatives in collaboration with various departments within Douglas.
- Support teams through coaching and training on the principles and practices of data governance, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities with regard to data integrity.
- Monitor the progress of data governance initiatives, track relevant key performance indicators, and regularly report on the effectiveness of governance measures.
- Lead data governance projects and ensure they are implemented on time, within scope, and in alignment with the company's strategic goals.

**YOUR SKILLS**
- A completed degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in data governance, data management, or a comparable role, ideally with proven success in implementing governance frameworks and best practices.
- In-depth understanding of data governance principles, standards, and frameworks, as well as the ability to translate these concepts into concrete strategies and actions.
- Proficiency in working with data management tools and technologies, along with a strong interest in new trends and innovations in the field of data governance and analytics.
- Strong ability to operate at the interface between business and data management to successfully establish company-wide governance strategies.
