Our Supply Chain Processes & Solutions (SPS) department acts as End-to-End process owner and is positioned in the middle between business areas and Tech. Part of our SPS team is our Master Data Management (MDM) Team. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Master Data Management Specialist who will support us in the further development and design of our MDM strategy with a strong focus on processes and according systems. **Your Responsibilities**:
- Define, develop, and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, policies, and standards for an end-to-end (E2E) MDM implementation.
- Establish European harmonized MDM processes and systems based on industry standards to continuously optimize business operations.
- Serve as the process owner for your domain(s), ensuring compliance with guiding principles and standards.
- Identify opportunities for operational excellence across key commercial functions and develop solutions for implementation.
- Maximize the value of products within scope and drive process simplification.
- Execute integration (and partially user acceptance) testing, develop training documentation, and support related systems/projects.
- Foster efficient collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
**What You Bring**:
- University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Master Data Management, business operations, process management, or consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of Master Data Management standards and systems, with experience in coordinating communication between business and IT.
- Effective communication and social skills, coupled with a solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of engagement, flexibility, creativity, and reliability to drive process simplifications and alignments.
- Fluency in English; German proficiency is advantageous.
