Join two experienced founders in Berlin and help build an exceptional and mission-driven startup: improving our customers’ health and quality of life. After securing substantial funding from a top VC fund with our strong business case, we are now looking for Working Students (M/F/x) ready to go full speed.

**YOUR ROLE**:
As a **Marketing** **Working Student** (M/F/x) you will join the team part-time for at least 3 months and **work with great independence and ownership **supporting our Senior Marketing Manager **to drive our successful market entry**. You will identify the best channels to tell the world about us to build a loyal customer base - both online and offline through content, performance, PR, and our brand. You love to roll up your sleeves and work with the team on all brand, communication, and marketing-related tasks. Besides leveraging your skills, you love to roll up your sleeves and work with the team on all operational tasks. Your motivation, talent, creativity, and “can-do” attitude are mission critical.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Analyze the market environment and **conduct competitive research**:

- Test, identify and define the best tactics to build every step of the acquisition funnel to **make us the winning player in the field**:

- Plan and prioritize marketing **campaigns across all relevant platforms and channels** (both offline and online) to drive customer growth, referrals, and retention
- ** Shape our messaging and prepare scaling our business** in Germany and Europe while keeping an eye on our marketing budget and ROI

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- You have **completed your first few semesters at university**, ideally studying with a focus on marketing, media management, communication science, business or a related field with excellent results
- You have a **great amount of empathy and creativity**, love to dig deep to truly understand people and their motivation and you can see things through the eyes of our customers
- You have **excellent analytical skills**:

- You are an **excellent organizer with outstanding analytical skills**, you can manage multiple tasks in parallel and can rapidly iterate
- ** You want to make a difference** and you like to work on solutions that improve peoples’ health and quality of life and have a **positive impact on society**:

- Ideally, you have experience and a **deep interest in health, fitness, longevity, **coaching, community, life-long learning, mindfulness, etc.Fluency in German and English as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
