**Aufgabe**:
Als Pega Lead System Architect (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

- **Technische Gesamtverantwortung;** sicherstellen, dass die Pega-Lösungen den Architekturprinzipien, Qualitätsstandards und Unternehmensrichtlinien entsprechen
- **Fachliche und technische** **Steuerung des Entwicklungsteams;** Vermittlung von Best Practices, sicherstellen dass alle an einer gemeinsamen technischen Vision arbeiten
- **Lösungsarchitektur** **entwerfen;** End-to-End-Architekturen definieren, Komponenten aufeinander abstimmen und die Integration mit Kundenapplikationen steuern
- **Release
- und Delivery-Management unterstützen;**Abstimmung mit Product Ownern und Scrum Mastern, Planung von Releases und Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen
- **Coaching und Wissenstransfer;** Junior
- und Senior-Entwickler/innen im Team befähigen, durch Trainings, Pairing und Mentoring nachhaltige Kompetenz aufzubauen
- **Stakeholder-Management,**Kommunikation mit Business, IT-Architecten und Management, um Erwartungen zu steuern und Transparenz zu schaffen

**Profil**:
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in verantwortlicher Position in der Umsetzung von Pega Projekten.

Des Weiteren bringen Sie folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten mit:

- Erste praktische Erfahrung in der **Konzeption, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Pega-Lösungen**:

- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über eine Pega-Zertifizierung als **Lead System Architect (PCLSA)**:

- Sicheres Verständnis für **agile Methoden** (z. B. Scrum, SAFe) und Spaß an der Arbeit in cross-funktionalen Teams
- Freude an der **engen Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern** sowie ein professionelles Auftreten
- Ausgeprägtes **analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken**:

- Sehr gute **Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse** in Wort und Schrift
