**Your role**
- Building new bank partnerships in Europe and abroad
- Development of the acquisition and partnership strategy
- Management of the internal bank partnership team and external network partners
- Helping to shape the product portfolio based on the needs of the bank partners
- Close cooperation with the management and the product management.

**Your profile**
- Several years of relevant professional experience in sales, business development and/or banking
- Completed studies, e.g. with an economics focus (VWL/BWL)
- Leadership experience
- Knowledge of the European banking market, ideally with an already existing network
- Very good communication and persuasion skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Proactive, independent way of working with high performance and solution orientation
- Prepared to be in Munich 40%+ of the week.
