As an HR Business Partner at PRISMA, you will play a crucial role in partnering with team leads to align HR strategies with overall organizational goals. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance, leading and executing HR programs and initiatives, and being a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team. You'll work with our executive team, managers and employees and guide the overall talent lifecycle of the employee. Every day will be different, and we hope that's exciting for you

**Tasks**
- Be a sparring partner for our senior management and team leads.
- Act autonomously when shaping and developing the HR strategy and implement project in an agile work environment and match our team's needs.
- Ensure an outstanding people experience through the entire employee lifecycle.
- Foster a positive and inclusive working culture to keep employee satisfaction high and retain our talents.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all our team members, and support them by giving sound assistance for all HR-related questions.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to support recruitment initiatives. May support in tech recruiting during periods of high workload.

**Profile**
- Solid knowledge in HR, its processes and the different facets/stages.
- Experience working in an international, agile tech environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, high influence, relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Facility to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making
- Proactive and forward-thinking mindset, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate business needs and proactively propose solutions.
- Experience with navigating ambiguity and to fully understand a situation, and create recommendations to get to the best solution.
- Excited to learn the latest things and to share your knowledge within the company, and beyond.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
