You’ll be the go-to person for all things related to **office operations, facility oversight, and people administration**. This **freelance part-time (approx. 20-30 hours per month)** role offers a **competitive per hour rate**, autonomy (**One weekly visit to office**), and impact, supporting both employee wellbeing and operational efficiency in a dynamic international environment.

**Requirements**:

- **_Oversee_**_ relationships with _**_service providers_**_ (cleaning, internet, maintenance)_
- **_Monitor_**_ and maintain _**_access control_**_, badges, and office security_
- _You will _**_track and manage inventories_**_ (office supplies, IT equipment, furniture)_

**_In addition, you will:_**
- _Act as the _**_primary contact_**_ for all _**_office-related_**_ inquiries_
- **_Maintain _**_relationships with _**_service providers_**_ and _**_supervise_**_ facility operations including _**_suppliers, cleaning, and security_**:

- **_Support HR local administration_**_: contracts, employee records, payroll input, onboarding/offboarding_
- _Ensure _**_compliance with health & safety regulations_**_ and timely maintenance of premises_

- **_Experience:_**_ Proven experience in _**_managing office, people and facility operations_**_ in a structured and autonomous way is required. Familiarity with _**_HR processes_**_ and knowledge of _**_German labor law is required_**:

- **_Skills:_**_ Organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working independently. _
- **_Education:_**_ Degree in _**_Business Administration_**_ or equivalent is a plus_
- **_Languages:_**_ Fluency to professionally communicate in _**_English and German is required_**
