**Are you ready to learn how to cook (a lot) and train the crew in the kitchen of the future?**

Our crew trainers are responsible for training our crew members for their day-to-day work, preparing food, keeping our kitchens clean and tidy and working well as part of a team. As part of their role, they assess crew members' skills and offer them extra help with any tasks they may have problems with.Always leading by example.

If you are interested in leadership and show potential, we are always on the lookout for new Managers and will offer intense training to the right talents.

What you will actually do

You will:

- The primary work of a kitchen crew member is to prepare, cook, and present food items quickly and efficiently.
- Comply with safety & sanitation regulations and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Extra responsibility to support, instruct and motivate new crew members
- monitoring employee performance.

- Motivated and enthusiastic crew member
