**Here is what you bring to the table**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in micro-assembly or working with small-scale components is preferred, but not required
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle small parts with precision
- Steady hands, good manual dexterity and superior fine motor skills
- Basic understanding of technical details and quality control principles
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Patience and focus to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
- Strong problem-solving skills to address assembly challenges
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Fluency in English is highly appreciated
- You are eligible to work in Germany
