**Here is what you bring to the table**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certificates are a plus
- Proven experience as a Production Technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably with small-scale electro-mechanical technologies
- Strong knowledge of precision assembly techniques and testing procedures
- Experience in working with miniature components and delicate instruments
- Familiarity with quality control measures to ensure product integrity
- Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for small-scale assembly
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with high precision
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any production challenges
- Ability to follow technical specifications and assembly instructions accurately
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Fluency in English is highly appreciated
- You are eligible to work in Germany
