Beschreibung & Anforderungen- Our Equity Capital Markets team in Frankfurt is part of the Investment Banking division and takes responsibility for all our activity across Continental Europe. The department covers all equity-related capital market transactions such as initial public offerings, capital increases, convertibles and secondary placings in DACH and the Nordic region and has built a strong reputation, being the #1 ECM bank in the DACH region with growing presence in Europe.. The team is highly successful, demonstrated by multiple prestigious awards that Berenberg won in the Small and Mid Cap ECM sector in recent years.**Your Responsibilities**: - Project management leadership in live transactions such as IPOs, capital increases, convertibles, and secondary placings as well as involvement in pre-IPO financing rounds - Lead day-to-day execution across all transaction work streams and tasks - Building relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the region (e.g. law-firms, IPO advisors) - Leading the preparation of marketing and transaction documents (e.g. pitch books, capital market updates, investor feedbacks, steering committee meetings) - Identifying business opportunities and active participation in the origination efforts - Coordination within the banking syndicate - Acting as role model for and providing training and guidance to junior team members **Your Profile**: - Previous experience within a top-tier investment bank or corporate finance firm with exposure to ECM transactions and projects for at least 6 years - Excellent academic degree from a top university, ideally within the Economics, Finance or Business field - Strong communication skills in English; German and or a Nordic language advantageous - Impeccable communication skills allowing you to interact with clients, external stakeholders, and internal senior and junior teams in an articulate and appropriate manner - Heavily analytical, driven and focused personality, who consistently delivers high quality work despite an intense workload - Team player - the success of the team depends on the frequent interactions between its members across Europe **Have we sparked your interest?** Berenberg - Human Resources - Johanna Schütz- 60 Threadneedle Street - London EC2R 8HPEstablished in 1590, Berenberg is one of the oldest banks in the world, and with this heritage comes fantastic opportunities for bright and aspiring individuals.
