Deine Aufgaben
- Bei uns arbeitest Du global, vernetzt, eigenständig und auf Augenhöhe mit den Senior Bankern in Deinem Team „Sector Coverage Financial Institutions Germany“ an der Gewinnung neuer Mandate aus diversen Bereichen (z. B. Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets, Transaction Services and Lending).
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Kundenbetreuung und entwickelst kreativ maßgeschneiderte Lösungsideen.
- Strategische Kundenmeetings organisierst Du geschickt und bereitest diese gemeinsam mit den Senior Bankern und internationalen Produktexperten vor und nach.
- Ganz vorne mit dabei arbeitest Du aktiv an der strategischen Wachstumsplanung für das Kundenportfolio mit.
- Dank Deiner Organisations
- und Teamskills koordinierst Du Produktexperten genauso gekonnt wie Relationship Manager in anderen Ländern.
- Im operativen Tagesgeschäft analysierst Du Unternehmenskennzahlen, bist im Profitabilitäts
- und Risikomanagement aktiv und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Kreditanträgen sowie bei der Bereitstellung von Daten für Know-Your-Customer-Prozesse.

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Min. sechs Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer operativen Funktion im Banking, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets oder Asset Management
- Produkt
- und Branchenkenntnisse und fundiertes Know-how im Kapitalmarktgeschäft
- Ausgeprägter Kundenfokus und unternehmerisches Denken
- Praxis in Projekt
- und konzeptioneller Arbeit wünschenswert
- Zahlenaffin, neugierig und teamfähig
- Lösungsorientiertes, qualitätsbewusstes und eigenständiges Arbeiten
- Kommunikationsstark auf Deutsch und Englisch, in Wort und Schrift
