- Für unsere Rechtsabteilung in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n engagierte/n Legal Counsel (m/w/d).
- DEIN Job bei dentsu:
- Du berätst das Business bzgl. anfallender Rechtsfragen mit Schwerpunkt: Vertragsbearbeitung (Media
- und sonstige Verträge)-
- Du unterstützt im Arbeitsrecht-
- Du erarbeitest praxisgerechte Lösungen-
- Du unterstützt bei der geplanten Implementierung einer neuen Vertragsdatenbank-
- Du bist verantwortlich für Auswertungen von Rechtsprechung zu diversen Themen-
- Du schulst Mitarbeiter/innen des Dentsu-Networks- DEINE Skills für dentsu:
- Du bist Volljurist/in mit überdurchschnittlichen Staatsexamina-
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Vertrags
- und Arbeitsrecht-
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Anwaltskanzlei oder in der Rechtsabteilung eines Wirtschaftsunternehmens im Bereich des Vertragsrechts mit-
- Kenntnisse im Bereich der Urheber
- und Lizenzrechts sind von Vorteil-
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Verhandlungsgeschick und souveränes Auftreten-
- Du bist Hands-on, verantwortungsbewusst, belastbar und zuverlässig-
- Du sprichst neben Deutsch auch verhandlungssicheres Englisch- DEINE Benefits bei uns:
