**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As an integral part of our Collections Team, you will support us in the analysis and management of our late invoice portfolio. You will be responsible for helping drive collections strategies and decision making by supporting the onboarding and roll out of debt collections partners across multiple markets and evaluating their performance through Champion Challenger exercises. You will independently drive high-impact projects to improve and automate dunning and collections processes, and will establish strategies built on a solid technical dunning and collections infrastructure, thereby increasing efficiency.

As we are hitting the next S-curve to scale fast, you will shape crucial operation processes and have a massive impact on the success of our company while working closely with an experienced leadership team by:

- Identifying and eliminating inefficiencies during our dunning and collections process
- Executing A/B testings to drive improvements
- Defining and implementing reporting and monitoring systems
- Be among the first Billie contact persons for this crucial part of the value chain
- Working alongside our multiple collections providers to implement a high standard of reporting
- Your familiarisation with dynamic, high-growth organizations and enjoy thinking beyond the status quo to kickstart improvement initiatives

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- You have 4+ years of working experience in the field of Receivables Management, Debt Collections (end-to-end)
- You hold a university degree in business administration or an equivalent vocational education
- Show deep understanding of collections knowhow, legislation & regulations, and industry best practices (preferably multimarket)
- You develop insightful reporting, measuring tools and dashboards to evaluate portfolio trends and performance at different stages of the collections life-cycle
- You enjoy crunching the numbers and base your recommendations on fact-based analyses
- You are fluent in English and ideally in another European language, preferably German
