In an ever-changing financial landscape, the role of the Risk division has never been more important. A strong risk management culture helps to reinforce Banxware’s resilience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be a member of our Risk team and work closely with our Head of Risk & Lead Risk Manager on various collections projects.
- You will develop the collection cycle strategy from inception, and design to the execution of the processes, mitigation tools and policies for our innovative B2B lending products In Germany.
- You will work with the Underwriting & Risk Policy teams to optimize the collections cycle.
- You will visualize analytical results and construct automated reports/dashboards on the collection cycle.
**Profile**:
- Strong interests in finance, collection cycle & credit analysis.
- You hold valid experience in collection/recovery of loans consumer or commercial lending, strategy & execution.
- Attention to detail, solid analytical and quantitative skills
- You are a team player and love working with your colleagues in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- You take an open-minded approach to new ideas.
- Fluency in English and German is a must-have
